- Returns
Eligibility for Returns:
You may return most items within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

How to Initiate a Return:

Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
Ship the item to the address provided by our team. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
- Refunds

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items:

- Exchanges
